Salentein Wine Dinner: A Tour of Argentina @ Travieso Latin Fusion

Join us for an evening of culinary adventure as Executive Chef Martin Magana explores the world of Argentina known for its distinctive asado barbeque, chimichurri sauce, and red wines grown from grapes at high altitude. Argentine cuisine is described as a blending of cultures, from the indigenous people of Argentina to the Mediterranean influences brought by the Spanish during the colonial period. Argentinians have a reputation for their love of eating and the sharing of a meal being a focal point for social gatherings. Our partner for the evening will showcase the wonderful wines of Salentein winery, which is located in the heart of Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. Salentein is one of the modern pioneers of the Uco Valley becoming one of the best-known wine regions in Latin America due to its focus on high-altitude viticulture perfect for premium wines. This dinner will feature 4 chef curated courses paired with 4 different Salentein wines.
