MPL Houseplant and Cuttings Swap

September 17 @ 2:00 pm 4:00 pm CDT

Join us for a monthly houseplant and plant cutting exchange. Bring along your unwanted houseplants and cuttings* to the Secret Garden in hopes of securing your next wish list plant. Nothing to trade? No problem! Select something from the seed library to take home and grow or ask for plant and garden advice from a Master Gardener. In case of inclement weather, the program will be moved inside the library.
*All shared plants and cuttings should be pest free and include some care instructions from the owner of the mother plant.
During your visit, discover green features of the Tippecanoe Branch including trees and perennials, rain garden, bioswales, and a permeable parking lot surface to reduce storm water runoff. A seed library has been created for sharing with neighborhood gardeners.
Ask about a green tour of the Tippecanoe Branch!
