NAACP Ozaukee County Branch welcomes Arno and Pardeep as they share their story and lead a discussion about forgiveness, trauma, and purpose.
Free and open to the public – middle-school, high-school, and adults are encouraged to attend.
After the tragic 2012 massacre in Oak Creek, WI Pardeep Kaleka, son of murdered Sikh temple leader, and former white supremacist Arno Michaelis started on a journey of forgiveness. They created Serve 2 Unite , an organization that works with students to create inclusive, compassionate and nonviolent climates in their schools and communities. Their story is one of triumph of love over hate, and of two men who breached a great divide to find compassion and forgiveness.

We will also gladly accept in-kind donations for raffle items. Please contact one of the co-chairs.
