Join us for an afternoon of incredible FREE and beginner friendly offerings at our Sana Sana Wellness
Celebration! Taking place right on the water at Greenfield Harbor Plaza.
Bring your familia, wear something comfy, and join us for some cuidado personal! This is a great opportunity to support local businesses dedicated to community health and wellness.
Here’s the lineup:
12:15-1pm Plant Meditation and Connection with @chelotzin
We’ll use plants in a guided meditation and learn how to observe and work with plants to bring you peace!
1:15-2pm Vive La Fitness with @mkevivelafitness
We’ll move our bodies and feel strong together!
2:15-3pm Sound Bath Healing with @parisayogashala
We’ll be guided into deep relaxation with the wonderful experience of sound bath!
3:15-4pm Family Yoga with @ashleecrazyyoga
We’ll close the day by moving our bodies, stretching our muscles, and finding balance!
The day’s offerings will also include a kid’s arts and crafts table hosted by Lupo Designs.
