Música Del Lago ft. De La Buena

Bringing their love of music and their light to our community, we have the return of De La Buena in their 18th summer with us since the series’ origin. Joining together their jazz sound and love of diverse cultures, De La Buena uses their textures and rhythms to share Latin American music with roots in African Diaspora traditions. Colectivo Coffee and the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies at UW-Milwaukee are excited to announce the return of our Música del Lago concert series at Colectivo’s Lakefront cafe!
Now in its eighteenth year, this series highlights some of our city’s finest Latin music groups. All shows take place at 6pm on Thursday evenings. We hope to see you there!

Colectivo’s regular food and drink menu will be available for purchase during the concert. Free parking is available across the street in the lot next to the sailing center. Concert cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced on our social media pages no later than 3pm the same day of the show. If there is a cancellation due to inclement weather, rain dates will be August 31st & September 7th.
