Culinary Knife Skills
April 27 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm CDT
(For adults) Hone your skills! If the thought of slicing and dicing all those fresh local vegetables prevents you from cooking from scratch, come and learn how to “sharpen” your basic knife skills. Trained chef Annie Wegner LeFort will teach basic cutting techniques as well as discuss selection and care of knives for food preparation. Handouts included, space is limited.
